My 65 Dune Buggy
April 01  2007: I decide to buy a VW Dune Buggy. I figure after driving the V8 Toyota around only on nice days, why not get
something different. I decided to go with a dune buggy, it has a removable top and will be fun to drive (and cheap) I’ve had
Volkswagens before but never this type so ......Why not.

LIGHTHOUSE CAR SHOW 2007
After finishing the car at 12am I took it for a test drive and started to break it in. It drove real nice for the first time
out. My brother and I installed the hardtop back on and finished up a few little details. I got home by 2am, woke up
at 7am rushed back over  to the garage and cleaned the car up and headed out to the show. It was a long trouble
free drive (with my fingers crossed). I made it and hung out with friends of the LIVC (Long Island Volkswagen
Club)
